Delivery Policy

Proof of Delivery:

To ensure a smooth delivery process, customers are required to provide a signature upon receipt of their order. Please keep the proof of delivery receipt as confirmation of successful delivery.

Shipping Process & Conditions:

All orders are processed and shipped through our trusted delivery partners, DHL and UPS. We ensure that all items are securely packed to maintain their condition during transit. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Fees:

• United Kingdom (UK) & United Arab Emirates (UAE): Free delivery on all orders.

• International Orders (outside UK & UAE): A delivery charge of £10 GBP or 46 AED applies.

Delivery Timeframe:

• Local Delivery (UK & UAE): Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days.

• International Delivery: Orders are delivered within 7 business days.

Payment Confirmation Method

Once a payment is successfully made on PerkinKnives.com, a confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email within 24 hours of receipt. This confirmation email will include the transaction details, order summary, and payment receipt.
